Frequently asked questions
Which UPS brands do you service?
We work on all brands of UPS systems and inverters. Send us the make and model and a photo of the nameplate and we will advise on repair or replacement.
Is it better to repair or replace a faulty UPS?
Often a repair is the more economical choice, but not always. We diagnose first, then tell you what is wrong and what each option involves so you can decide.
Do you offer maintenance contracts?
Yes. We offer maintenance contracting so your UPS and battery banks are inspected and tested on a regular schedule.
